Recurring transactions currently offer a fixed set of schedules: weekly, biweekly, monthly, bimonthly, quarterly, and yearly. Users have asked for intervals that aren't on that list, most recently every 4 weeks.
Rather than keep adding one preset at a time, add a "Custom" option to the frequency picker. Choosing it reveals two controls: a number and a unit (weeks or months). So "every 4 weeks," "every 3 weeks," or "every 6 months" all become possible without a new preset for each.

Existing schedules are unaffected. The current presets stay exactly as they are.
Custom schedules show their interval in plain language in the schedules list, for example "Every 4 weeks."
