Show Uncategorized transactions on the Dashboard and in Reports

Uncategorized transactions currently don't appear in the Dashboard's Net Income, Cash Flow, or category breakdown charts, so money can silently go missing from your totals until it's categorized. They should be counted as income or expenses based on the amount and shown as a distinct red "Uncategorized" slice, node, or row, making them easy to spot and click into for review.
