Those gray “No Image” boxes are placeholders for merchant logos. When transactions are imported through Plaid, Plaid often provides a merchant image along with the transaction.
For manually imported or added transactions, there usually isn’t an image available, so the placeholder appears instead. There currently isn’t a way to edit or hide it.
Since the images do not provide much value for users without linked bank accounts, hiding those placeholders is a good improvement. We’ll add it to our roadmap.
